Summon is made by Anchor Marianas LLC ("Summon," "we," "us"). We keep this page short and in plain words on purpose. If a line here ever seems to fight with what a salesperson or a marketing page told you, tell us, we'll honor the more customer-friendly reading.

The reasonable fine print (so this stays a real promise and not a loophole either way):
You can cancel any time, and cancellation stops all future charges. We don't do cancellation mazes, one email or one click in your account is enough.
By using Summon you're agreeing to these terms. If you're using Summon for a company, you're confirming you're allowed to agree on that company's behalf.
What Summon does. Summon lets you run AI "employees" that do work you assign, marketing, sales, operations, support, engineering, research, finance, and coordination. You are the board: Summon works under budget caps you set, and it asks for your approval before it spends money or sends anything to the outside world.
You're in control, and you're responsible for what you approve. Summon surfaces spending and outward-facing output for your approval. Once you approve something, a message that goes out, a spend, a piece of published work, you're responsible for it, the same way you would be for work approved from a human teammate. Please review before you approve.
Use it for legal, honest work. Don't use Summon to break the law, to spam or deceive people, to infringe someone's rights, to handle regulated data it isn't built for (see Privacy), or to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
AI has limits. Summon's employees run on AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Summon is a tool, not a licensed professional, nothing it produces is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Keep a human in the loop for anything that matters. Summon is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Who owns what. You own the work you put into Summon and the output Summon produces for you (your "content"), subject to your having paid any fees due. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the service for you. We own Summon itself, the software, brand, and underlying systems.
The money side. Summon is a monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown at sign-up; founding-member pricing that we describe as "locked" stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active and in good standing. Refunds work exactly as described in Section 1.
Limiting liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Summon is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or lost data), which is one more reason to keep your own copies of anything important and to review before you approve.
Ending things. You can stop using Summon and cancel any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we're required to act on legally; where it's reasonable and safe to do so, we'll give you notice and a chance to get your data first.
Changes. If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the product). Continuing to use Summon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The legal basics. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, unless the law where you live gives you rights that override this. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
