Summon is a provider-neutral control plane for AI-agent companies. It classifies the work, finds one binding constraint, assigns one accountable AI employee, and returns sensitive sends, spending, legal actions, and commitments to a human board for approval.
Summon coordinates Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Support, and Legal from one company context. Commercial work can use that eight-department formation, while research, personal tools, infrastructure, media, and archived projects keep the smaller operating shape that fits their actual beneficiary and evidence target.
Summon can run recurring work through supported AI executors, but configured budgets remain hard stops and high-risk actions return to the human board. Sending messages, spending money, accepting legal commitments, and acting in a person’s name require approval rather than being treated as routine automation.
