Summon

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026 · Questions: hello@summon.company · Terms & Refunds

Summon is made by Anchor Marianas LLC ("Summon," "we," "us"). This policy explains, in plain words, what personal information we collect when you use Summon, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect the least we can, we don't sell your data, and we're upfront about the outside services that help us run Summon. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms & Refunds.

The one-line version: we collect only what we need to run Summon for you, we never sell your personal data, and you can access, export, or delete it any time by emailing hello@summon.company.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

Summon works under budget caps you set and asks for your approval before it spends money or sends anything to the outside world. That human-approval gate is also a privacy safeguard: your content isn't sent outward on your behalf until you approve it.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make Summon run, and only as needed:

We don't sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We keep this light and use privacy-respecting analytics; we don't run third-party advertising trackers. Where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent to non-essential cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. When you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data, and we will, except for records we're legally required to keep (like basic billing and tax history) or that we need to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Backups are cycled out on a routine schedule.

6. Where your data is processed

Summon and the service providers we rely on may process your data in the United States and other countries. If you're outside the United States, that means your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private.

9. Not built for regulated or children's data

Summon isn't designed for protected health information, children's data, or other specially regulated categories, and it isn't intended for anyone under 18. Please don't put that kind of data into Summon.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the product) and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Summon after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: hello@summon.company. We read every one and we'll honor the more privacy-protective reading if anything here is ever unclear.
